Each month, these customers use

Talk). Because these customers were introduced either by you or someone
within your team, Tiscali pays you a proportion of all of these customers'
bills. Because these customers keep using our broadband and telephone services
month after month we keep paying you a percentage of their monthly bill, month
after month. This could be a long time after the customer was initially
introduced to their service. This is residual income.
You continue
receive this income many months and years after the initial work of building

Network Distribution Limited ("the Company") of 20 Broadwick Street, London
W1F 8HT is the promoter of this trading scheme in the United Kingdom. The goods
and services which are sold under this scheme are telecommunications and
internet services and related goods and services. It is illegal for a promoter
or a participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by
promising benefits from getting others to join the scheme. Do not be misled by
claims that high earnings are easily achieved.
Getting
started
Firstly, you need to become an Independent Business
Associate (IBA). You can do this simply by clicking on the Register button on
the right. Once you are registered, you can then start gathering some
customers. You receive points for every customer gathered, according to the
product they choose.
As soon as you have 20 points, you get paid
£200. This is called your Personal Fast Start. Plus, you are introducing
the business opportunity to others, showing them how to gather their handful of
customers just like you…and we pay you for doing this! When a person you
introduce gathers their first few customers and has 6 points we will pay you
£65. This is called Fast Start 1. And then when they achieve 20 customer
points we pay you an additional £75. This is called Fast Start 2. So just
for helping someone else do what you have done you will be paid £140. How
many times can you do this? As many times as you like. But your income
potential doesn't stop here. You are now building your team and there is
additional income for doing this - we call this your Team Building Bonus.
Continuous residual income
Just like a musician who
receives royalties every time one of their songs is played on the radio, you
can continue to receive income many months and years after the initial work of
building your team. You could be sitting on the beach somewhere and still
reaping the rewards of the work you did some time ago.
The customers
that your team introduces to Tiscali keep using the service and pay bills
accordingly. We keep paying you a percentage of their monthly bill, month after
month for as long as they're a Tiscali customer. This could be a long time
after the customer was initially introduced to their service. We call this
continuous income "residual income".
ADD TO THAT... a unique, innovative
way to then pay these residual commissions, which makes a truly outstanding Pay
Plan paying you long-term residual income in a way you will never have seen
before!
Not only do we pay you a percentage of monthly bills of
customers acquired by you and your teams which we refer to as Residual Usage
Commission RUC but we will then pay you additional percentage depending upon
the number of Business Associates you personally sponsor - we call this
Matching Residual Usage Commission MRUC. So the more people you are sponsoring
the more residual commission that you can earn.
All the Business
Associates that achieve 6 points are loaded into a special structure that we
use for calculating residual commission. We call this the matrix into which we
place these business associates and their customers. Because of the unique way
