companies in Europe are subsidiaries of VarTec Telecom. VarTec Telecom Europe
Limited is now part of The Carphone Warehouse Group. VarTec, through its
EurExcel affiliates and trade names as well as the VarTec name, is an
authorised provider of telecommunications services in a number of European
countries.
As a direct selling company, EurExcel supplies quality
telecommunications services and products to consumers via a network of trained
Independent Representatives. These Independent Representatives are paid
commissions based on their own direct sales to consumers, as well as
commissions and bonuses for sales to consumers generated by their personal
network of Independent Representatives. Each participant is an entrepreneur
responsible for his or her own independent business.
EurExcel currently
operates in the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, the Republic of Ireland and
the Netherlands. EurExcel abide by and firmly promote the DSA's Code of

facts prove that an Independent Representative acted in an improper manner or
contrary to our business guidelines, disciplinary action will be taken, as
necessary and appropriate, up to and including the termination of that
Independent Representative's position.
